Golden hour is that magical time before the sun sets, where the light low across the horizon emphasizes the golden tones of anything it touches. Facing a big challenge starts with the commitment to do what is necessary to succeed, following by the preparations to ensure that the goal is reached. I just watched a short video of Jim Carrey, the artist (yeah, also the actor and comedian) and it was fantastic to watch him playing with paint and color and form. It’s a short video, and I highly recommend watching the six-minute video if you need a boost, creative or otherwise. It inspired me to go find the most colorful things in my photo catalog, and it turns out they are from my favorite place in Seattle, the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum.
