My dinner Saturday night came with three fortune cookies, all apt for looking back at the year since I retired. I did take the chance to leave full-time work and strike out on the vagabond trail with my little trailer. Still on Cape Cod, still doing hand therapy twice a week plus self-guided sessions 4x a day, still doing beach walks. Color
I just watched a short video of Jim Carrey, the artist (yeah, also the actor and comedian) and it was fantastic to watch him playing with paint and color and form. It’s a short video, and I highly recommend watching the six-minute video if you need a boost, creative or otherwise. It inspired me to go find the most colorful things in my photo catalog, and it turns out they are from my favorite place in Seattle, the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum.
