Here’s three good reasons why I got out of bed yesterday…
I knew it was going to be another foggy morning that would prove to turn into another hot and humid day. But… when I opened the door to look outside, the view was amazingly beautiful. I grabbed my Sony A7, slipped on a t-shirt and shorts and sandals, and walked to the water’s edge. I spooked the ducks in the canal but that only made the shot even better.
The sunlight peeking through the fog lit up the reeds and the shallow water like a movie set.
Yeah, some days it really is worth waking up early.
Don’t be afraid to go into the Mist.

Some of my best times are early mornings with a camera. My sister and I happened on fog early one Saturday morning, with no camera but our phones…we had a WONDERFUL time! I blogged about it, the photos were stunning, just like yours are.
