Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

I was JUST thinking of you two today on my drive home from the beach (my new year’s eve tradition, when beach is close enough to get to). Depending on your timing and mine, we may meet in BC or near there, and I certainly hope we do! And now I know something new about Helen Keller 🙂
