The Mersey River flows through Kejimkujik National Park, with several roadside stops and hiking trails that encourage exploration. (And yes, this Mersey flows to Liverpool, no kidding!)
I had fun catching reflections on the river surface all week long. Here’s the most conventional of the images from my experiments.

Then I started focusing on the water itself, cropping out the shoreline entirely.

When I flipped this one upside down, it looked perfect, as if there was a crazy melting forest in front of me.
