Sometimes it’s all about the timing, as I’ve been reminded lately. Like today…
I got up to a rainy Sunday today, but slogged through a long walk, determined to get my steps done for the day. I walked all the way to the start of the nature trails here, only to find fog and rain waiting for me. Still, I did get one good shot.

I slogged back home, just as the rain ended. Such was my timing. I stayed inside, drying out and warming up for a while, and then realized with a start that the sun had showed up. And it was 7:45PM. I’m not used to Atlantic Time yet.
I tied my shoes, put on a jacket, and headed back to the beach. Timing, this round, was perfect.

(And, yes, this beach is on the Bay of Fundy. I’m finally here!)
You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island of opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land; there is no other life but this.

OMGosh. That last photo of Bay of Fundy was stunning, breathtaking, glorious and beautiful beyond words. Your skill and talent is amazing. I’m really looking forward to the rest of my vicarious journey through Canada.
Yay, you made it!! Enjoy!
Glad that you had the sun finally, too. ☀️
Wow, that last photo is amazing.
Beautiful! I’m so happy the sun came out for you (and for us too, starting to feel like a moldy mushroom here). The timing must be right, I’m actually reading your blog on the same day you posted!
